Welcome to ARA Bolga Baskets! By accessing our website www.arabolgabaskets.com or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

- ARA Bolga Baskets operates this e-commerce site to sell handmade Bolga baskets and related products. 

- By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. 

- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. 

 

2. Orders & Payments

- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. 

- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, mobile money. 

- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. 

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

- We ship internationally / local to African, Asia, Europe, and America 

- Delivery times vary based on location typically 5 to 7 business days domestically, 2 to 3 weeks internationally.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on order size/destination. 

- Customs & Import Fees: International buyers are responsible for additional taxes/duties we do not cover these charges. 

 

4. Returns & Refunds

- Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective. 

- If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 2 days at arabaskets@gmail.com  with photos for a replacement or refund. 

- Refunds are processed within 3 business days to the original payment method. 

 

5. Product Care & Authenticity

- Our baskets are handwoven by artisans in Ghana using natural materials (elephant grass, leather, etc.). 

- Minor variations in color/texture are normal and part of their handmade charm. 

 

6. Intellectual Property 

- All content (images, logos, descriptions) on our website is owned by ARA Bolga Baskets and protected by copyright. 

- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of our products as mass-produced items is prohibited. 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

- ARA Bolga Baskets is not liable for: 

  - Delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters). 

  - Minor imperfections in handmade items. 

 

8. Governing Law
